HOW TO SUBMIT A PAPER

• Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers of up to 3 pages.
• All submissions will be peer-reviewed by international experts. Accepted full papers are necessary to present at the conference an will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE scope and quality requirements.
• All papers should be submitted via online submission system.

For submitting the paper to this conference, authors need to certified by IEEE PDF eXpress.
To get the PDF certification, follow the steps below:

First-time users should do the following:

• IEEE PDF eXpress Guideline: https://ieee-pdf-express.org/External/UsingIEEEPDFeXpress

• Enter the following:
  • 65046X for the Conference ID
  • your email address
  • a password
• Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup. Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
